From a Vegan Food Cart to a Global Vision for Healthy, Sustainable Living

Delight Green began in 2013, when Nidhi and Kush Bhargava started a small vegan and vegetarian food cart in New Zealand to promote plant-based and sustainable living.
The humble venture quickly gained community support, expanding across the Wellington region and inspiring people to choose a healthier, cruelty-free lifestyle.

These original food cart locations are presently closed as Delight Green has evolved into a global herbal and wellness brand.

What began as a local food initiative has transformed into a global wellness brand, offering herbal teas, vegan herbal capsules, spices, and pulses — all crafted with purity, health, and harmony with nature.

Today, Delight Green is led by Nidhi Bhargava and Kirti Guleria, supported by Ravi Sharma, a naturopath, entrepreneur, and yoga-meditation trainer, who helps promote holistic wellness across New Zealand and India.
In 2024, as part of its expansion into Uttarakhand’s herbal and natural product sector, Delight Green partnered with NBR Exports India, a leading manufacturer of herbal teas and wellness products based in Dehradun, India.
With this collaboration, NBR Exports India’ Director, Kirti Guleria, formally joined the Delight Green Board of Directors, strengthening the company’s global vision of integrating Himalayan herbs, sustainable farming, and authentic Ayurveda into its product line.

From a small food cart to a global movement for conscious living, Delight Green continues to embody wellness, compassion, and sustainability — where heritage meets innovation, and every choice nurtures both people and the planet.

Meet Our Founder – Nidhi Bhargava

Nidhi Bhargava, Co-Founder and CEO of Delight Green, is a visionary entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in herbal wellness, green building, and sustainable living.
A graduate in Journalism and Mass Communication from Delhi University, she has successfully founded and managed several pioneering ventures in India and New Zealand, including:

Love Kush Plantation – Ayurvedic and herbal wellness initiative in India.
IndiaInformation.com – India’s premier search engine and a pioneer in the early B2B and B2C market.
Eco Green Homes Ltd. – Pioneering green-building company promoting sustainable housing in New Zealand.
Kiwi Kids After-School Care – One of New Zealand’s first vegetarian-only childcare centres.
The Green Financial Group Ltd (Former Director) – Promoting ethical and sustainable investment solutions.
Delight Green Ltd.– A global vegan and herbal wellness brand promoting conscious, eco-friendly living.

After moving to New Zealand, Nidhi continued her professional development by earning the
New Zealand Diploma in Business (Level 5) with a focus on Project Management, and the
National Certificate in Real Estate (Salesperson) (Level 4).

She also worked as a Financial Advisor, promoting ethical and sustainable Financial solutions while representing several major insurance companies across the country.

Her broad educational background and multi-industry experience have helped her integrate sustainability into every business she leads.

Passionate about animal and environmental protection, as well as women and children welfare, Nidhi is actively involved with social and cultural organisations across India and New Zealand and has served as an advisor to several NGOs in both countries.

A devoted wife and mother, she beautifully balances professional excellence with family life, ensuring her children grow up grounded in Indian cultural values while embracing modern education and global awareness.

Meet Our Director –Kirti Sharma

Kirti Sharma is a young and visionary entrepreneur whose life reflects a deep connection to nature, wellness, and mindful living. Originally from the serene Himalayan state of Uttarakhand, India, and now based in Auckland, New Zealand, she brings together the best of both worlds traditional herbal wisdom and modern sustainable practices.

At Delight Green, Kirti plays a key leadership role in managing the Auckland outlet, overseeing daily operations, product selection, and customer engagement. Her focus is to ensure that every product embodies the brand’s promise of purity, sustainability, and authenticity. Under her guidance, the Auckland store has become a growing hub for eco-conscious consumers seeking herbal and vegan alternatives for healthy living.

Kirti is also the Director of NBR Ltd, a Dehradun-based company specialising in herbal teas, vegan capsules, and natural wellness products. Through NBR, she works closely with local Himalayan farmers and women’s cooperatives, helping to create livelihoods while preserving India’s ancient herbal traditions. Her work bridges the gap between rural craftsmanship and global wellness markets, ensuring that every product carries both purity and purpose.

Her personal lifestyle rooted in yoga, meditation, and naturopathy deeply influences her professional vision. She believes that real wellness begins with harmony between body, mind, and nature. Kirti’s calm approach, keen eye for quality, and heartfelt commitment to ethical living continue to inspire the Delight Green team and its growing community in New Zealand and India.

Through her leadership, Kirti embodies the spirit of modern Ayurveda, creating a path where traditional knowledge meets sustainable innovation for a greener, healthier, and more conscious world.
