This includes, but is not limited to, debt collection agency fees, administrative and processing fees, legal fees, solicitor’s costs, and court-filing expenses.
Interest on overdue amounts may be charged in accordance with the New Zealand Interest on Money Claims Act 2016.
The customer agrees to bear all genuine and reasonable costs incurred by Delight Green (NZ) Ltd. in enforcing or recovering payment.
All legal matters shall be governed by New Zealand law and handled in the courts of New Zealand.
